and COACHES!!! Over the last few years, we have seen an increasing number of post-entries at the BHPS. These numbers have reached the point where they are having a negative impact on our ability to efficiently manage the entries at last minute. Due to the fact that there are no lights at the facility, adding races to accommodate post entries is just not an option for us. Therefore, effective immediately, we are implementing the following entry policy: Individual Pre-entries---online via our new on-line payment system through 6pm the Thursday before meet; $12 credit card payment is required per event entered. Coach Pre-entries---online via the on-line payment system through 6pm the Thursday before meet; you are now required to file a credit card payment form to pay for each event you enter athletes in ($12 each) by the entry deadline. If you do not wish to use this payment method, each entry fees become $20 post entries on race day, regardless of whether or not your athletes race. The alternatives are to either enter your athletes individually (see above), or ask them to enter themselves. Post-entries---will be accepted on race day until 5PM. There is a $20.00 entry fee per event entered and are subject to refusal due to time constraints/seeding purposes. With these changes, we hope to streamline the entry and number pick-up process to make things easier for both the athlete and coach. In addition, these new policies have also been implemented to ensure efficiency for administrative and technical purposes.
